your question or concern has to do with a transaction or about material
located on any of our crafter's web sites, you should contact them individually
about your question or concern, unless you feel that your concerns involve
fraud or some other illegal activities. If you find such a grievance
or complaint of that nature, you may contact us, and we will try to help.

you cannot find an answer to your question, then you may contact
us and we will try to respond between 48-72 hours.
