Answer #1 - You should contact the crafter or artist that you purchased the item from to resolve problems with your orders. If you have contacted the crafter or artist, and they did not respond to your satisfaction, you may contact us after reviewing our Questions Or Concerns About This Web Site Or Our Services web page.

. Question #2 - I've noticed on some web sites I have trouble ordering or something goes wrong with my shopping cart during the order, what's going on?

Answer #2 - Shopping carts are computer programs written for the Internet. Because shopping cart programs rely on the web store visitor to have their web browser settings "in sync" with these shopping cart programs, problems may occur when your web broswer settings are not correctly set to use certain shopping cart programs. It may be that your ISP provides your Internet software and by default it is set in such a way that will cause problems when using shopping cart programs.
