Our Screening Process:

We screen each crafter or artist that requests to list on this web site in much the same manner as juried craft or art shows screen their applicants.  We absolutely do not accept pornographic material, hate material or any material that we believe to be offensive to the extent that it might prohibit a "PG" audience from feeling comforatable viewing items created by the crafters, artists and artisans listed on this web site.  We reserve the right to determine which craft items and crafters may or may not be listed on this web site.

Although we screen the crafters and artists that we list on this web site, concerns or questions regarding any item purchased from any particular crafter or artist must be directed to the crafter in question.  If you do have a significant problem with any of our crafters, you may register a complaint with us and we will attempt to help you contact the crafter to resolve the issue.  If we feel that your complaint is legitmate and significant, and not resolved adequately by the crafter or artist, we will request that the crafter or artist withdraw their listing from our web site.
